Five restaurants will participate, in Cyprus, to Good France / Goût de France next March 21st [el]
Registration period has been extended until next February 22nd to increase the number of participating restaurants which totals more than 1600 all over the world.
On the occasion of the launching conference of Good France / Goût de France second edition, Thursday 28 January, the Chief Alain Ducasse and Mr. Philippe Faure, Chairman of Atout France, announced that more than 1600 restaurants registered to participate to the operation. This figure represents a 20% increase of participating restaurants in the world! Registrations period has been extended to exceed this number.
Five Cypriot restaurants have announced their participation and have been selected by the operation’s International committee of Chefs :
The gastronomic restaurant Cyan, from Limassol, with the chef Andreas Mavrommatis, who was the first and only Cypriot chef to participate to the operation last year ;
The gastronomic restaurant Souxou Mouxou Mantalakia, from Nicosia, with the chef Charalambos Karaouzas ;
The brasserie Au bon Plaisir, from Nicosia, with the chef Yannick Tankoua ;
The Frenchie Bistro Restaurant, from Limassol, with the Chef Andrew Boyle ;
The Minthis Hills club house, from Paphos, with the Chef Marios Karayiannis.
