Registration is open until January, 30th
In 2016, more than 1700 restaurants participated to Goût de / Good France operation in 150 countries. This year, 2000 participants are expected worldwide !
In Cyprus, an increasing number of restaurants have shown interest to participate in this big operation aiming at promoting French gastronomy. The operation has gained momentum and visibility, notably through a communication oriented towards the Cypriot audience.
Different types of restaurants were in last year: high level gastronomy restaurants but also brasseries and bistros, as culinary arts can come in infinite number of ways. It is hoped that 2017 will also show such diversity, in order to satisfy anyone’s tastes and means.
It is very simple to be part of the event : just register online(http://restaurateurs.goodfrance.com/en/user/register) and serve on March 21st, a diner respecting some simple criterias, and notably a menu including an aperitif with finger food, a starter, one or two main course(s), a cheese platter and a dessert, accompanied by French wines and champagnes.
